John Denver

Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. (1943-1997), known professionally as John Denver, was an American singer-songwriter, record producer, actor, activist, and humanitarian. He was one of the most popular acoustic artists of the 1970s and considered among the most beloved entertainers of his era. An Avid pilot, he died at the age of 53 in a single-fatality crash while piloting his light plane.

"I had tremendous resources, incredible friends and family, but I was still not “whole.” I knew what it was supposed to feel like, but I was unable to lock it in permanently. And that is why I am writing through Jeanne today."

Hello! I am honored to be able to be here today and to be able to communicate my message of hope and love to all who find their way to this website.

I have been with this gifted channel [Jeanne Love] for many years, almost since the moment I left my physical body. She has been a loving and dedicated soul and has taken her role in this world seriously and with great integrity. And that is why I stand with her today as she translates my mixed feelings and emotions about things as they are right now on Earth.

Those of you who are reading this may have come to it because of my name in the music industry or my involvement with the environment. Whatever the reason I am truly grateful to all of you for feeling my spirit and continuing the work that I began all those years ago.

So here I am. Since stepping out of the body I have stayed close to this earth world and continue my work from this side of the veil because I've felt it was not finished.

My basic message comes from a simple yet uniquely beautiful song which I did not write! (Oh, the irony of that! )

It’s in every one of us to be wise

Find your heart, open up both your eyes

We can all know everything without ever knowing why

It’s in every one of us, by and by*

In my life as John Denver I had a reputation, much of it quite favorable … and some not so nice, but partly true. More than anything, I just wanted to sing and express what was in my heart and on my mind; but I was human, vulnerable and unaware of the difficulties that fame and fortune could bring.

That is all behind me now. What I have found is the peace that seemed to be elusive, that seemed to come only from my High Flight or when I walked the wilderness. All of that reminded me of who I was, who I could be, but I couldn’t always hold that energy for long-enough periods of time. I knew I was seeking comfort, direction and wisdom from the inner world,  but often my outer world did not support the fragile inner world that I was dealing with. I had tremendous resources, incredible friends and family, but I was still not “whole.” I knew what it was supposed to feel like, but I was unable to lock it in permanently. And that is why I am writing through Jeanne today.

Over the years I have shared with her, and those close to her, many of my new insights and understandings. We have even written some pretty great songs together. But through it all, the one thing that I have truly learned, experienced and walked forward into was the LIGHT. This indescribable Source of the Divine. Words fall short but I will do my best to paint a picture which hopefully will fill your souls as it does mine.

If you could think of a brilliant light, 10 times brighter than the daytime sun, and place it just over the horizon as a beacon that draws you to it, then you will begin to understand what I have found and where I live. The reason this is so important now is because I have been shown how you can live in the physical word with that same LIGHT. That same beacon that called to me calls to you…each and everyone of you…who seek this Divine Source.

Jeanne’s daughter, Kylleen, passed to this world in 2011. As you can imagine it was very traumatic for the family and her friends. Kylleen has been communicating with Jeanne over the years to ease her pain and to teach her more than she could have ever imagined. Kylleen has said many times: “Mom, this is the darkest planet. If you can find your Light here, you can find your light anywhere.”

And so, I bring this vision to you as a source of inspiration. If you can imagine that beacon over the horizon and allow it to bring you to it in a blink of an eye…then you too shall find your brilliant light. I promise you that I will shine with you. I will join you in your Light quest and we shall merge into this brilliant consciousness of Light and Love.

It’s in every one of us to be wise

Find your heart, open up both your eyes

We can all know everything without ever knowing why

It’s in every one of us, by and by*
